X Service Pro provides the ultimate level of detail on your service team’s activity. The solution logs step-by-step activity against the schedule. By monitoring the time of arrival, completion and departure from each job location you can monitor activity against the schedule to ensure you stay on track. And by documenting actual work done and parts used, collecting required signatures, and the outcome of each job you will have a comprehensive insight into what has been done, and what time it was done in real-time.

As well as providing critical real-time information to the customer service team to help maintain customer service levels, this accurate data will help document your activity and prove service levels as well as provide powerful management information to help drive operational improvements.

Integrated parts management

X Service’s valuable stock management function provides a fully integrated stock and parts ordering approach. Inventory information for each van is linked into actual usage at each job, which can trigger automatic reordering. Engineers can also locate parts in real-time from the closest stock locations such as depots, other engineers in the field and suppliers locations to minimise ‘unbillable’ travel time and reduce administrative time along the parts supply chain. This insight also lets you give instant feedback to the customer regarding availability and subsequent completion dates.

Accurate efficient administration

Following completion of work, job detail including completed tasks and parts used, can automatically feed into your existing systems to maximise your cashflow.

X Service Pro also has a function that can quickly generate specific documentation required by various regulatory bodies to certify work has been completed by a competent engineer, using approved parts and methods, to an agreed standard.
